    <description>&lt;P&gt;LOS , loss of signal, so no light being received at the ONT , the problem could be anywhere between the headend and your address , affecting many , or could &amp;nbsp;be from the CBT to your house and affecting only you .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you know of any near neighbours with FTTP ( not necessarily BT customers but on Openreach FTTP ) , if they are also having problems ( LOS ) it indicates a problem affecting more than just you .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have reported the issue , there isn’t much else you can do until Openreach fix whatever the issue is , if you haven’t reported the issue , it’s a good idea to do so , even if you have to wait in a queue .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband Fibre stopped working no updates</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Evening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was hoping to get some info about issue with my fibre broadband, it’s unable to connect since 09:45am - the service status has remained at 19:00 when the issue will be fixed but issue still occurs - on other online BT service issue pages states no issue….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried calling after 45min call the call got disconnected&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The web chat stopped working after 20mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open Reach box shows as LOS in red (loss of service)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;area is Newcastle upon Tyne&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
