Hello

Open reach pulled fibre to the drop in my garden in 2021 to serve the small street of houses. The Full fibre rollout was 'coming soon'. Now in last 3 months most of neighbouring streets have changed to 'available' and our street has been downgraded to 'not available'

Open reach online query is like banging head against wall with no insight- all I get is stock response saying please register interest and check back. BTWholesale checker doesn't even report back the correct cabinet for our services (we were moved to a new cabinet in 2019 about 200m from premises).

Could any one with expertise help with what other avenues I can pursue - feels like admin error to me.

tia

amcg.

there is no connection from the BT Retail forum to openreach so basically persevere with form to openreach

As above, all you can do is keep resubmitting the form & hope that eventually it gets picked up by someone who gives a toss. Although with Kirby's axe hanging over the whole BT Group, that might prove difficult. If I was facing losing my job because my employer only made £967m profit in six months, I think I'd struggle to be motivated.

There have been a similar instances where members have somehow managed meaningful contact with Openreach. Sadly the never come back to tell us how!
