      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you been having problems with your connection dropping?&amp;nbsp; Often?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have phone use and not digital voice try dialling 17070 option 2 should be silent no noise whatsoever&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you post connection stats from your router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
