      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't had Internet all day. I've tried the usual turning on/off. I've checked the wires are in and secured. I've tried the check button on mybt but you need the Internet to use it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried but for some reason I couldn't connect with the message us page so I'm going to try ringing tomorrow. I do know that the fault is on their side as when I tried to connect to the hub it came up with a message saying that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
