Full fibre delivery after installation

i I am getting full fibre installed on Friday AM my delivery from bt not getting delivered until Friday afternoon

I already have a smart hub 2 , what is in the package ? Is it just a patch cable and if so will the installer have one

why do bt wait until the last minute do dispatch things it is nearly a month since I ordered

If you already have an SH2, you just need to set port 4 as full fibre (FTTP) and connect it to the ONT (optical modem) with an Ethernet lead.

but what is in the delivery from bt

No they said as I already have a sh2

the delivery says it is a C to P welcome package
