      <title>Connected without internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have fibre to the cabinet but copper&amp;nbsp; from pole to house. When I check my connections on my mobile I get the message 'connected without internet'. What does this mean? To reinstate 'connected' I tap the router name. This usually happens after returning home after being out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It means you are connected to the hub via WiFi but your device hasn't received an IP address.&lt;/P&gt;
