      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered BT boardband on the 5 feb 2025 switched from talktalk.&amp;nbsp; I didnt get order confirmation on my email and can't track it. Do I have to wait longer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I activated my BTID and it says inactive.&amp;nbsp; I cant track my order, its loading forever. Got email from talktalk saying there is £4 charge for leaving. Did my order went through?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
