I live in a building that was converted into flats some time in the 80s.

Whenever I change suppliers (currently BT but looking to move to EE) I run into issues as the landline number is registered to the building without a flat number (e.g. 111 Any Street, not Flat 1, 111 Any Street).

This is now causing me major headaches trying to upgrade to full fibre including being told there is no possible way for me to have the number moved to digital voice as it doesn't belong to my address.

Apparently I have to go via my current supplier to get the address records at Openreach corrected.

Please can someone advise how I do this?

The forum mods no longer have account access so you need to phone CS 03301234150 and ask them to rIse an ORDI with openreach to correct your address
