    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no BB connection &amp;amp; need to speak to a person as conflicting txts/messages from EE &amp;amp; BT (new appt Wed then recd message txt GUIDE which haven’t done) Had to cancel previous engineer appt as elderly m in law 95 very ill now not sure wether engineer will come. Please help as very stressed &amp;amp; need a number for a person&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks I did try that no last week, it was all automated, did a line check said faulty arranged an engineer appt which I had to cancel. I’ve got another appt since but then conflicting txts about me txting GUIDE for help. I haven’t as I don’t want it to mess up appt &amp;amp; wait even longer as will need to go away again soon as m in law dying. They couldn’t even set up my mini hub temporarily&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
