&lt;P&gt;Since you posted, have you been able to access your BT account and check the connection status?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is still happening, have you tried restarting the router and trying to access your BT account again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My issue is that I have received an email saying my bt hub is up and running but when I try to verify my email to gain access to my BT account is keeps saying to wait 10 mins after receiving my activation email. I received my activation email hours ago and my hub now will not connect to the internet and I can’t use my account to check why.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/344309"&gt;@Levimcm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried accessing your account via the internet rather than via the app? If so, and it is successful, then you can add it as a shortcut to your Homescreen.&lt;BR /&gt;(Company) Apps are notorious for not working as they should and so I find saving a shortcut to a website works better.&lt;BR /&gt;I hope you get it sorted x&lt;/P&gt;</description>
