    <description>&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;You say you are with SSE if you are using the router they provided I would imagine its locked down&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using your own then you can configure it with the details:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;username&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;bthomehub@btbroadband.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Password: BT&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You would normally get your router a few days before though so I would follow up with BT:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/orders-and-upgrades/new-customer/broadband/track-order" target="_blank"&gt;Track or change a new broadband order | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;By WiFi I assume you mean broadband. Are you moving to BT from another supplier?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you changing from copper to fibre?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What router do you currently have?&lt;/P&gt;
