    <description>&lt;P&gt;Openreach seem to be hard to contact to see if I can find out what went wrong &amp;amp; get it fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were given a link to a flow chart thing that was logging the engineers progress which worked until 2 hour before the appointment "window" then went dead ..."DNS address not found, diagnosing the problem"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were given the engineers name &amp;amp; had about10 emails about being there &amp;amp; what to do all for nothing as nobody appeared (time slot was 1300-1800)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had heard that OR seem to work to there own "rules"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whats the best way to try &amp;amp; sort this&amp;nbsp; BT Customer services perhaps ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All suggestions etc..... welcome&lt;/P&gt;</description>
