      <title>No internet connection full fibre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solid orange light on smart hub 2 been in contact with bt today all cables and lights on open reach hub all correct etc but no internet from the smart hub 2 have an engineer booked for Monday but I can’t see any problems with any of the cables and equipment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have not already done it try a factory reset of the Smarthub and if that doesn't help it looks like you will need to wait for the engineer visit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
