    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;One Xbox, two broadband connections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Gigaclear 500: Xbox downloads at 400–450 Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;BT Full Fibre 500: Xbox stuck at 190–200 Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;On BT, Steam Deck, Macs and phones all pull 350–450 Mbps consistently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Same Xbox, same setup, different ISPs – but only BT shows this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;So no, I don't buy the fairy tale that you're not throttling or traffic shaping. Please explain what's really going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is that when you download, you are often at the mercy of the servers you connect to.&amp;nbsp; I've been with BT a little over 2 years, and I've seen the XBoxes here download at 800Mbps, and then at a different time only 50Mbps.&amp;nbsp; So far as I've&amp;nbsp; even been able to tell, it's the servers, not the connection speed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Yes, I am aware that download speeds can drop during major releases.&lt;BR /&gt;But that is not what I am seeing here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Even older games from my library, not new releases and not under heavy demand, never go above 200 Mbps on Xbox Live via BT.&lt;BR /&gt;This never happened on Gigaclear, where the same Xbox consistently pulled 400 to 450 Mbps regardless of what I was downloading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;So no, this does not look like a server side issue. It looks like BT specific traffic management&lt;/P&gt;</description>
