another SNR reset

hello , i would like to ask one of the mods a favour . a while back my digi box was playing up so i phoned and the guy said he would sent a new one AND reset my BB ,i told him NOT to reset it but he insisted since then my snr has changed from 6 to 10 and will not go back down . a few months later i did online chat to ask to get it changed back to 6 , the opperative did something and said it will take a few days to correct itself but its now been months and it still not changed ....any chance a mod can have a go for me please . i am on fttc and i was getting 72-75 meg now i get 55-60 i realise this is not a whole lot of a difference but with a house full every meg counts . thanks

Unfortunately, the mods are no longer able to arrange DLM resets.
