Reroute fibre broadband cable

I need to contact openreach person not a computer to arrange an engineer to reroute my broadband input cable from an existing flat front door ( in a block of flats) frame through the wall into flat. I have to have a new fire door and frame fitted ASAP. Have tried various phone numbers and openreach Web page to no avail .it is definitely an openreach job asEE have looked at the job. Hopefully someone here can help. I seem to have been passed back and forth like pass the parcel. Thankyou MA123

You need to contact your ISP about your problem and that you need the existing fibre cable to a different location. Your ISP will then contact openreach to do the work. There will be a charge for the work

You cannot arrange the work directly with Openreach, they are not public facing.
