Fibre down since 8:30am

My full fibre connection went down at 8:30am this morning and is still off. Multiple houses have no connection. Can't find any status updates about it but the text bot says there is an issue.

Macclesfield SK11 area. Can a mod give me any updates?

No idea what you think anybody on here can do about it.

I think you have unrealistic expectations if you think a major fault can be fixed in minutes.
