    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I signed up for a Full Fibre business package with BT, and my installation has now been cancelled three times by Openreach. Every time I’ve called BT, I’ve been given a different excuse, either the engineer was ill or they didn’t have the right equipment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This has now caused a three-week delay to my business, and I’m getting nowhere with customer service. No one is taking responsibility or offering a clear solution. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when reliable connectivity is critical for running a business.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else experienced this? And how can I escalate this to actually get it resolved?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance for any advice.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
