      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a similar issue, I claimed my card, it said on the way. They sent me an email to track the card, but it just redirect to the bt homepage. I called the helpline and have not been able to resolve the issue. I was asked to claim again but the button available in the website does not work. it's just an image and no hyperlink has been linked to it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you kindly help ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I purchased a new BT connections and a £150 reward card was offered to claim. I claimed it after 14 day cool off period and had received an email providing a link to track my card on 24-09-2025. The link directs to bt home page and no tracking or mentioning of the bt rewards available in both website and the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I contacted the phone helpline was unable to resolve this and asked me to try claiming again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I went to the link provided and even tried directly searching and accessing via google and when I click claim button in the website, there is no hyperlink associated with the claim button provided and t's just an image there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am sincerely frustrated with this because everything I try leads me to a dead end with amateur absurd technical shortcomings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could someone help me resolve this and access my card please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
