yes this was verified bt chat themself even had my account number on it

this is intended for people that arent capable of "self install"

alot of idenifyable info was xut from the email by mw before posting

maybe the mods can look into this and if it legir rhen maybe look into rewording this so it dosent sound as tho openreach are required to attend to install or set this up

third time i had to explain see if this is required in as many weeks i was thinking if i disint book this i would be in trouble with BT
