Flat Fiber Installation to Apartment while attached house has already fiber installed

Hi @Everyone,

I'm moving to a flat where there's no fiber installed while i just live 2 streets away and upon checking the area only my building of 3 floors doesn't have Fiber while there's a house attached to my flat has the fiber installed.

Moreover, there's two flat that has fiber installed and they said they installed it 2 years ago where they had to sign WayLeave form and their landlord signed it and then the engineers installed it for them from pole and bring the wire outside their Back Room and had it installed

I don't know how to get this resolved

have you tried placing an order for broadband with your chosen ISP?

I've tried literally everyone, even BT, only the one that can install Copper are replying to install Copper Connection with confirmed download speed of 1MBPS 🥲 (7-18 MPBS PACKAGE).
