      <title>Fault Reporting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had no Broadband since the early hours on Saturday.&amp;nbsp; I've used the sms 61998 method to report the fault but am unable to get an update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had a sms saying yes their is a network fault and a link to check on progress but when you follow it i need to enter a landline number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't have a landline number, its a broadband only package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried calling them but as soon as you select fault you're kicked back to the automated route.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how i get an update ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
