Just moved into a new flat 603, my flat neighbor 602 has broadband. Open reach says available to order but BT encounters an error when I check for availability on their website. How to fix this issue, could it be a database issue.

If you get an error using the website then often the best thing to do is pick up the phone and as it would be a new contract call 0800 800 150

*That is a BT sales number - but I would suggest googling the number before you call it - never trust numbers anyone posts!

I called and mentioned I have a pon green status symbol and my ONT and they said it's something to do with the address checker api they use. Thy recommendation is to reach out to royal mail but I can find my address on royal mail dont know if this will help..

does the royal mail address match exactly to address you are using for broadband package?

you can also try openreach https://www.openreach.com/forms/fibre-broadband-availability---customer-form
