      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not hade Broadband since 28th oct 2025 &amp;nbsp;6 open reach call-outs a new router and the say I have broadband to my property but it won’t connect to the router because there is a fault on a computer in India somewhere. Can’t tell me when I will get my service back. Diabolical&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I’d say it’s almost certainly the case that the poster has a delayed installation rather than an unfixed fault , the question are they even a BT customer seems a reasonable question to ask, it’s also unclear why they tag onto an old post rather than start a new one</description>
