      <title>MSO - E8 No working fibre since September</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I run a business and we have had either an unreliable or non existent fibre connection since September.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were given the chance to "upgrade"&amp;nbsp; (i.e. pay more) for a hybrid 5G router which fundamentally I object to as I pay for a working full fibre service.&amp;nbsp; The hybrid is flaky and of course slow, up and down randomly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Twice last week BT phoned me informing me that the fault was fixed. PON is still red!&amp;nbsp; Yet the BT service still asks me to check router status... What a nonsense level of service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was informed that there was a problem with a Pole.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach tell me to reach back to BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How / Who can I raise this to to get it fixed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Compensation?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
