BT Full fibre 900 upload speed capped at 20mb

Hey so i recently moved and upgraded to the fiber 900, I've noticed that the upload speed is capped 20Mbps, ive had the network working from the 16th, this seems like a common issue, something to do with a profile or something, on the back of my hub it says its a Smart hub Type A, Download speeds are where they should be.

if you try a reset of the hub and if that does not sort it then you need to phone CS 03301234150 and get them reprovision your 900 package as appear stuck at old package upload

thank you, ill give them a ring as I've reset of the hub a few times and it didn't work, thank you for your quick response
