    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had an Openreach ngineer visit to upgrade on 06/01/2-26. Need Openreach Civils to come and sort out the new cable as my duct is compromised. Just had a new appointment on 1st April 2026 !!! &amp;nbsp;Is two months a common wait for this kind of work from Openreach&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When Civils are needed Openreach amend the Installation Date for X Amount of Weeks in Advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is because a lot of CP’s Auto Close Orders after 30 Days, which if they do Auto Closes any open Civils Jobs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the Civils is done Openreach will bring the Appointment forward to complete the Installation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
