Installation address and Delivery address different - (ORDI needs updating?)

Received an email after renewing our broadband and tv package, Installation address is our very old address. Delivery address and account address is correct. Spent an our or so with the online chat support, couldn't help and asked for me to call. Read on these forums it could be an ORDI issue? Not sure if anyone can help? thanks.
