Can't create a BT ID

Good morning,

I've recently swapped to BT, and been trying to create a BT ID, however, every time I try I'm met with the same error on the last step:

"We seem to have a technical issue

Please try again later"

I've tried 3 browsers (Vivaldi, Opera and Chrome on both mobile and desktop), with my VPN on and off.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

I'm sorry to hear you're seeing an error when trying to create a BT ID.

As you’ve already tried different browsers and devices and are still seeing the same error, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to check your account details and help get this sorted for you.
