Hello

Upgrade to full fibre, only possible route to bungalow is below tarred drive. I have been assured by BT that works will include re-instatement to "as is" and that an Openreach engineer will discuss before the due date. Not known whether the current copper feed below drive is in a duct or laid in ground. We're concerned about quality of work and would appreciate hearing experiences, positiver or negative, from anyone who has had similar carried out. Thanks in advance.

Put your phone number or address in here.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Look at what the survey note says at the bottom. DIG is direct in ground, UG is underground duct, OH is overhead. Also if it says opposite WBC FTTP 1 stage then that suggests the install can be done in one visit, i.e. it's a straightforward job.

If you post a screenshot of the results, removing your address for security reasons, people will be able to tell you what to expect.
