It doesn't seem limited to 10/100&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;What do these frequent Port Up / Down messages mean? Is it actually a problem?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>apparently this PC gets put into 'sleep' mode freqenty. I'm told that once it is woken from sleep mode the internet connection is poor and the machine has to be fully restarted before getting a good connection again.</description>
