See the following link about the various BT Broadband packages.

Your Address may not show if the infrastructure is not completed but you could use another address so that you can get an idea of what is available.

Broadband | Home Broadband & Line Rental | BT

Looking at this question (and your related question) , as stated for the majority of standard addresses there are no installation charges , standard being a property a few metres , or a few 10’s of metres away from the public road (where the FTTP network has been provided to ) and a dropwire connection from a pole to the property is straightforward, or the property already has a duct from the footpath , these will attract no excess construction costs as a standard installation is covered by the ISP ( so effectively free to the customer)

contrast that to someone who lives 600 metres from the road along their own private driveway, and the existing copper pair service is from a buried armoured cable installed decades ago, when BT were the only network and had a universal service obligation and it were accepted that the majority effectively subsidised the few in these type of ‘expensive’ installations …to get the new FTTP service will need either 6-8 new poles or if poles are unacceptable excavation along the driveway to install ducting , at that distance a couple of footway joint-boxes would also be needed (approximately every 200 metres ) …..this clearly is not a standard installation and the costs won’t be borne by the ISP , in these type of circumstances Openreach provide an estimate for the work (minus the contribution they are willing to make ) it’s up-to the customer if that is acceptable, if it is , the payment made and work starts , if unacceptable the order cancelled .
