      <title>Smart Hub constantly showing orange disc lighting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need some help regarding on the subject.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It started acting up 2 weeks ago and was getting poor connection regarding on bt logging i tried everything ranging from turning off https then back on, tried restarting both the modem and the hub still nothing to get a good connection and tried resetting them still nothing even got new hub still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone here able to help me get the good connection back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a full fibre (FTTP) broadband service with an ONT (what you refer to as a modem) and then the Smarthub router, or do you have a part-fibre service (FTTC) in which the Smarthub acts as both modem and router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
