      <title>Contacting BT about upgrading Contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I keep getting an email to update my contract for broadband. I click the link and log in. Then keep getting the message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;We’re working on it.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Your personalised offers didn’t load this time, but we’re working to fix it. Please check back later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This has been going on a week. I tried to use the chat service, but it also says not able to contact an agent.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I do not use a phone, as I am pay as you go, and the cost of waiting a reply can get too high.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I cannot seem to find a way to email. I hope someone knows a way to contact them, or there’s a free phone number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I might have to switch since I am 7 days from the end of the contract, I am currently paying double what new customers pay for same option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
