    <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried a factory reset by pressing the recessed button on back of hub and holding until the hub lights flash.&amp;nbsp; if that does not fix it then call CS 03301234150 and report a fault&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do the lights on the ONT change colour from green?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Full fibre broadband PPP resets</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had full-fibre broadband installed a month or so ago and ever since it was installed I see my Smart Hub 2 lights regularly changing from blue to orange and purple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking in the Technical Logs I see that this coincides with PPP resets which are happening several (but sometimes dozens of) times a day. As soon as the PPP drops it renegotiates and comes back in a minute or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure this isn't normal. Any ideas what could be causing this instability?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
