HI, My internet has been getting worse and worse over the last month, It keeps dropping out. Today has been a nightmare dropping out every minute seconds or so). BT portal even had a problem running a test because it kept dropping out. Then it finally came back with the usual 'There is not problem'. Fast and Ookla, both say I am running at 6mbps. I have disconnected, reconnected, power cycled , connected directly via cable to the router/hub... everything apart from wash the damn hub.. Any suggestions?.

Atm, I'm paying for a broadband not fit for purpose (which has gone up in the past 2 months 😞
