      <description>&lt;P&gt;As an idea, I seem to recall it was July when they put the cables in around here.&amp;nbsp; November when I was informed it was ready.&amp;nbsp; (And I'm told that's quite quick).&amp;nbsp; Two weeks later when it appeared on offer in MyBT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
