at present only new BT customers are getting the SH3 so as a replacement hub is required you would just get literally a replacement SH2

Hi All,

I have fttp 900mb + and the smart hub 2 is failing terribly to transmit my 5ghz signal around the flat, is getting extremely hot and requires restarting now and again to work normally.

What would be the process for getting a smart hub 3 sent out to me as a replacement? I really want to make use of more modern WiFi-6 / smart channel scanning.

Any

Hi there, thanks for the reply.

Is this even if I've just renewed my contract? I know it isn't your decision but this seems like something that shouldn't exclude those who have been long standing loyal customers.

Time to investigate contract exit fees then.

even just renewals didn't warrant a new SH3 if you have a new contract with 900mb then your ETC will be in the hundreds. there is no leeway for long standing customers as has been shown many times on the forum
