Hi @xGametekx.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Does the buffering happen on both the TV and Android box?

Are they both in the same room as the hub, or in different rooms?

Have you noticed if any other devices connected to WiFi are affected?

Thanks for coming back to us, @xGametekx.

Has this only started recently, or has it been happening for some time?

Does the buffering happen all the time, or does it come and go?

If possible, could you try temporarily connecting one of the affected devices directly to the hub using an Ethernet cable to see whether the buffering continues?

The buffering continues with ethernet. Been happening about 4 weeks

Thanks for trying that, @xGametekx.

As the buffering continues when connected directly to the hub and is affecting multiple devices, it doesn't appear to be isolated to a single device or the WiFi connection.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can investigate this further for you.
