Hi,

i've just ordered the BT Digital Broadband for my business and been given a new email address.

to set up an online account you have to register with MYBT.

my email has never been used so has no password yet and to set up a new account it sends a code to the email which i can't yet access ?

any ideas to stop me going round in circles 🙂

Use the existing email address that you used when you signed up for the service, not one that you expect to be there once the service if fully set up!

Hi,

thanks for the reply.

i didn't sign up with an existing email. they phoned me and wanted to upgrade my analog line in work so i have to get broadband.

it's being installed this Friday, they've sent me an email address but i can't access it, obviously because i have no password. i don't have any bills yet and they've made it a paperless billing account so they can only be viewed online ! which i can't see due to not being able to get into the email.
