Hi, I have full fibre 900 and a Smart Hub 2 that has been great for months, I have around 30 smart devices connected with no problems, I also have a Dell laptop and an Android Tablet that connect to WiFi and work fine. The issue I have is I have two iPhones, two iPads and a MacBook that will connect but there is no internet, I have tried just a bout everything suggested on the internet but can’t find a permanent solution. I have also tried another Smart Hub 2 and get the same issues.
Does anyone else have this issue and have found a workaround? Is this a Hub issue or something that Apple have done.

Have you tried turning off MAC Randomisation:

Open the Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, then tap Wi-Fi or WLAN.

Tap the information button

Tap Private Wi-Fi Address

Select Off

Re-join your network if needed.

Try a factory reset of your BT Hub this should flush out all the previous allocated IP addresses that may be full because of the MAC Randomisation filling them up. Make sure that MAC Randomisation is turned off on all your Apple devices then try connecting again.

All your other devices will just reconnect as normal.

Hi,

I have tried a reset on two different Smart Hub 2’s and still have the issue, it seems to me that the issue is with Apple but I can’t find a solution

Solution: either get rid of Apple or get a different router.

If so, perhaps try disabling that too.
