PAC

Requested PAC and because 2 mobiles onthe account BT sent same PAC for both but new provider will not accept. I have followed all the guidelines of how to do it online as requested by a text from BT but it just sends me round and round and round - anyone help me to acquire separate PAC for each phone.

You will need a PAC for both numbers, each one will have its own PAC

You don't need separate pac codes for different numbers as proven on here previously - https://community.bt.com/t5/Archive-Staging/Single-PAC-code-for-multiple-numbers/td-p/1535267

Sounds like an issue with the other network

Hi thanks but you tell that to Vodafone and Talk Mobile - they state the same PAC for 2 mobiles is not acceptable- it has to be different PAC for each mobile.
