    <description>&lt;P&gt;Text PAC to 65075, that should confirm the code. I seem to recall that they're case sensitive as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>PAC code not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've been given a PAC code to transfer my phone to O2 but when I spoke to do the transfer they said the PAC code is not working - we double checked that it was the code I'd been given and tried it a few times and they said it's not paid and to contact BT to get a new PAC code. &amp;nbsp;I've tried calling but can't get through so if you could help that would be great, thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure about the "not paid", are you definitely out of contract? If not you'll have to pay the balance before the transfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, that was an error - I thought I typed not working but it showed up as not paid! &amp;nbsp;I sent the text as you suggested, they have replied with the same PAC code as the original, but said I need to call BT to get the phone unlocked for the PAC code to work. &amp;nbsp;I've tried calling - was on hold for half and hour and no reply and have other things to do so had to hang up...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
