    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have several mobile contacts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bills are always paid in full and on time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't changed address or my name since my 1st BT phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son is using the sim only number but he needs a new phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to upgrade the sim only, It is refused because my identity can not be verified.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there is any thing I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
