    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a SIM only contract at the moment and would like to upgrade this to a handset one.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; As my renewal is not until December, if I go online, I get the message that there are currently no options to do this.&amp;nbsp; Find it difficult to believe that BT wouldn't want to encourage me to do this.&amp;nbsp; If I have to wait for my renewal date then I will be much more tempted to look at other providers.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any other ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
