I have an IPhone 6s . When i make or receive a call i get no ring tone , when answered i cannot hear nor can the caller hear me ? Everything else works fine ie - playing music,Emails ,internet etc

@foxy0161 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, that used to occasionally happen with my iPhone 6s and a turn-off and on usually sorted it. If that doesn't work make sure to check your sound settings are correct as per the Apple support pages.

I saw in press recently that Apple were stopping support for some phones didn't see 6s but did mention 6 plus
