Check your MyBT, all your products should be on view.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You shouldn't need a new broadband account - the same one is transferred from one address to the other (but not necessarily on the same day). Mine took 3 weeks but this wasn't a problem for we were supplied with one of BT's excellent mini-Hubs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll be moving home soon, I'll need a new broadband contract, I've followed the steps in the move home wizard, but I don't see any mention of mobile accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I take it for granted that our 2 mobile accounts (me 1 - wife 1) will be automatically carried over to the new broadband&amp;nbsp; account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
