Data Not Working Outside The House

Last week there was no service on my daughters mobile and after doing various resets I managed to get it back. Now it will not receive texts messages out the house nor will her data work.

Any suggestions how to fix this please ? She has a Samsung A02s which isn't even 1 year old.

if you have reset phone try checking/updating BT mobile APN settings
