PAC Codes

Hello

I hope someone from BT can help, i have 3 SIMs and I want PAC codes for all of them to move to another provider, texting PAC to 65075 does not work and when i go through the BT website to request a PAC code nothing happens (I've tried chrome and edge browsers as well as my mobile)

I am at work today so haven't got the time to sit on hold and speak to someone, can anyone help?

as you have multiple sims then you may be able to get code in MYBT or phoning 150 or 0800800150 from mobile

Hello

MYBT is broken, when i click request it fails to load.

Looks like i'll have to spend my lunch break on the phone 😞 I though switching was supposed to be easier these days!

Looks like I have the same problem as you, did you ever get it working via the website or did you have to phone them ?
