scam files on android phone

Every time I open my phone the following comes up...

This site can't provide a secure connection

Kirutotukan.com

uses an unsupported protocol.

Can anyone help me to get rid of this nuisance?

It's probably a rogue cookie. Go in to Settings on Chrome > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data

That should clear it. If it doesn't download some Antivirus software and run a scan. AVG is pretty good and is also free
